London club, The Cross, is reopening in September – DJ Mag

Featuring a rooftop terrace that looks out on a 360-degree view of London
Iconic London club, The Cross, is reopening its doors in a new form this September.
Located in York Way Goods Yard, King’s Cross between 1993 and 2007, the club attracted a fashion crowd and was known for championing progressive house, as well as long-standing promoter residencies.
Now called The Cross 2.0, the new luxe iteration of the club is fashioned from velvet, exposed brick and reclaimed timber and spans six floors “offering luxuriously designed spaces to drink, dine and dance”. These comprise a rooftop terrace – which looks out on a 360-degree view of London – as well as a basement club, three bars and a restaurant.
Billy Reilly, the original founder of The Cross, and his wife Gemma Reilly, managing director, are behind the  new clubbing venture. “The Cross holds a special place in our hearts, so we wanted to be involved in every step of reopening this beloved institution. From interiors, menus to the live music, this is still The Cross as we knew and loved it, but a renewed version, in keeping with modern times,” they said.
The Cross opens to the public on 9th September. Find out more info on The Cross site.
